This Usage Policy forms part of REID's legal framework and is incorporated by reference into REID's Terms of Service. All users of the REID Platform are required to comply with this policy in full, including REID Members and all paid subscribers (REID Base, REID Pro, and REID Enterprise). Breach of this policy constitutes a breach of the Terms of Service and may result in account suspension or termination.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, consistent with REID's Terms of Service. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in REID's Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

REID's Platform exists to provide property market intelligence to investors, developers, and real estate professionals focused on the Bali market. This Usage Policy sets out the standards of conduct we expect from all users to protect the integrity of the Platform, the accuracy of its data, and the interests of all users.

We designed this policy to be straightforward. If you are unsure whether something is permitted, contact us at hello@realinfo.id before proceeding.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use the Platform for:

Accessing property market data and AI-assisted insights within your membership tier entitlement.
Conducting bona fide personal or internal commercial property market research.
Generating market analyses and reports for your own investment or business planning purposes, subject to the AI output licence in Section 4.3 of the Terms of Service.
Downloading or exporting data in the formats provided by the Platform, within your tier limits.
Any other purpose expressly authorised by REID in writing.

3. Prohibited Uses

3.1 General Prohibitions

You must not use the Platform:

For any purpose that violates applicable Indonesian law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
In any way that infringes the intellectual property rights of REID or any third party.
To harass, harm, or discriminate against any person or group.
To transmit unsolicited commercial communications or spam.
For any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading purpose.
In a manner that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the Platform or its infrastructure.

3.2 Data and Content Prohibitions

You must not:

Use any automated process, scraper, bot, robot, spider, or data aggregation tool to extract data from the Platform without REID's prior written consent.
Combine REID data with third-party data to create competing products, market intelligence tools, or commercial data services.
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish REID data or AI outputs beyond the scope of your tier entitlement without REID's prior written consent.
Represent REID data or AI outputs as independently produced, human-verified, or free from AI assistance when they were not.
Use REID data to create derivative datasets or train competing AI or machine learning models.
Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from REID.

3.3 AI Feature Prohibitions

When using REID's AI Features, you must not:

Submit prompts designed to manipulate, override, or circumvent AI system instructions, including through prompt injection, jailbreaking, or adversarial input techniques.
Attempt to extract or infer REID's underlying data models, algorithms, or proprietary methodologies through systematic or structured querying.
Submit queries that include personal, sensitive, or confidential information belonging to third parties without their consent.
Use AI outputs to deceive, mislead, or misrepresent market conditions to third parties.
Use AI Features in a manner that could expose REID to legal liability or reputational harm.

3.4 Account Prohibitions

You must not:

Share your account credentials with any other person or entity.
Create multiple accounts to circumvent tier restrictions or access limits.
Use another person's account or credentials without their explicit authorisation.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any other user's account or to REID's internal systems.
Provide false or misleading information when creating or maintaining your account.

4. Commercial Use Restrictions by Tier

The following commercial use restrictions apply by membership tier:

REID Member

REID Member outputs are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use REID Member data or outputs in any commercial context, including market research products, investment advisory services, or client reports.

REID Base

REID Base subscribers may use data and AI outputs for internal business purposes. External publication or redistribution of outputs requires REID's prior written consent.

REID Pro

REID Pro subscribers may use data and AI outputs for internal business and client research purposes. Outputs incorporated into external publications or client reports must be attributed to REID and must not be represented as independently produced without AI assistance. Redistribution of raw data outputs is not permitted without REID's prior written consent.

REID Enterprise

Commercial use rights for REID Enterprise subscribers are governed by the applicable Enterprise agreement. Where the Enterprise agreement is silent, REID Pro restrictions apply.

5. Responsible AI Use

REID's AI Features are powerful tools for market research. We ask all users to apply them responsibly:

Use AI outputs as one input in your research process, not as a sole or definitive source.
Do not submit personal, sensitive, or confidential information about third parties in AI queries.
Do not use AI outputs to make or justify decisions that could materially harm others without independent verification.
Disclose AI involvement where professional or regulatory standards require it.
Report any AI outputs that appear factually incorrect, harmful, or unexpected to hello@realinfo.id.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this Usage Policy by another user or by REID's systems, please report it to hello@realinfo.id. REID takes all reports seriously and will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and provide a substantive response or update within 10 business days. Reporters acting in good faith will not face adverse consequences for making a report.

7. Consequences of Breach

REID may take the following actions in response to a breach of this Usage Policy, depending on the severity and nature of the breach:

Issue a warning to the account holder.
Temporarily suspend access to specific features or the Platform.
Permanently terminate the account without refund.
Pursue legal action and seek recovery of losses where the breach has caused harm to REID or third parties.

REID reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice where a breach poses an ongoing risk to the Platform, its data, or other users.

8. Updates to This Policy

REID may update this Usage Policy from time to time as the Platform and its AI capabilities evolve. Updates will be posted at www.realinfo.id/usage-policy. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email with at least 14 days notice before changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
