OUR DATA
Real data.
Not the internet.
Every answer REID gives is drawn from a proprietary dataset of verified Bali property records, not scraped from the web, not estimated by a language model, or guessed based on a handful of records. Here is exactly how it is built.

METHODOLOGY
How we ensure accuracy
The principles behind every data point in the REID dataset.
PUBLIC RECORDS
REID has no agency affiliations and no vested interest in any region or property type. Data compiled independently from all market participants.

OUTLIER DECTECTION
Statistical outlier flagging is applied to every data ingestion. Properties priced more than two standard deviations from their corridor median are reviewed before inclusion.
CROSS-SOURCE VERIFICATION
No data point enters the dataset from a single source. All records are cross-referenced before publication. Self-reported data is always independently checked.
MONTHLY CADENCE
The dataset is refreshed monthly, not quarterly. Bali is a fast-moving market and stale data leads to bad decisions.

TRANSPARENT REPORTING
REID publishes multiple free reports and market insights, providing open access for data comparison and investigation.

COVERAGE STANDARDS
We track 65+ Bali locations covering approximately 90% of the active market. No corridor is published until we have sufficient record density for statistically meaningful outputs.
