1. Binding Terms
 

This website and platform (together, the "Platform") are operated by PT Real Info Indonesia trading as REID ("REID", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using this Platform or any REID Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

 

These Terms govern access to and use of REID's property market intelligence platform, including all AI-assisted features, data products, and subscription tiers described herein. Your use of the Platform is also subject to REID's Privacy and Cookie Policy, Data Policy, and Usage Policy, each available at www.realinfo.id and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

 

Capitalised terms used in these Terms have the meanings given in Section 22 (Definitions).
 

2. The Parties
 

If you are a natural person, these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and REID. If you access the Platform as a representative of a body corporate, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" in these Terms refers to that entity.
 

3. Membership and Access Tiers
 

3.1 Account Requirement

All users of the Platform are required to create a REID account. By creating an account you agree to these Terms, REID's Privacy and Cookie Policy, Data Policy, and Usage Policy.

 

3.2 Tier Overview

REID offers the following membership tiers, each subject to separate feature entitlements and usage conditions:

• REID Member: Free registered account providing access to aggregated market summaries and basic platform features.

• REID Base: Entry-level paid subscription providing expanded market data and access to basic AI query functionality.

• REID Pro: Paid subscription providing full dashboard access, AI-assisted market intelligence, neighbourhood-level data, and yield analytics.

• REID Enterprise: Paid subscription providing live database access, custom reporting, dedicated support, and bespoke AI configuration.

 

3.3 Tier Restrictions

Each tier is subject to usage limits defined at the time of account creation or subscription. Attempting to access features beyond your tier entitlement, sharing credentials, or circumventing access controls constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

 

3.4 REID Member Accounts

REID Member access is provided as-is with no warranty. REID may withdraw, restrict, or modify REID Member access at any time without notice. REID Member data outputs are not intended for commercial use or investment decision-making. REID Members are subject to the same account obligations and Usage Policy as paid tier subscribers.
 

4. AI-Assisted Features
 

4.1 Nature of AI Outputs

REID's platform incorporates AI-assisted query and response functionality ("AI Features"). You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI outputs are generated based on REID's proprietary dataset and do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or valuation advice.

• AI outputs are estimates derived from available data and statistical modelling. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current.

• AI outputs must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment, commercial, or property acquisition decision.

• The accuracy of AI outputs depends on the quality, recency, and completeness of underlying data, which may vary by location and market segment.

• REID does not warrant that AI outputs will be free from errors, hallucinations, or omissions.

 

4.2 AI Feature Access by Tier

AI Features are available to REID Base, REID Pro, and REID Enterprise subscribers only. REID Members do not have access to AI query functionality. The depth and scope of AI responses varies by tier as described in REID's product documentation.

 

4.3 Ownership of AI Outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your Usage Policy obligations, REID grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use AI outputs generated through the Platform for the purposes permitted under your membership tier.

 

Specifically:

• REID Base and REID Pro subscribers may use AI outputs for personal research and internal business purposes only. AI outputs may not be published, redistributed, or shared externally without REID's prior written consent.

• REID Enterprise subscribers may use AI outputs as agreed in their Enterprise agreement, which may include use in client-facing reports and commercial deliverables subject to attribution requirements set out in that agreement.

• All AI outputs remain subject to REID's intellectual property rights. The licence granted under this clause does not transfer ownership of any underlying data, model, or methodology to you.

• You must not represent AI outputs as having been independently produced or verified without AI assistance when they were not.

 

4.4 Prohibited Conduct Relating to AI Features

Your use of AI Features is governed by REID's Usage Policy. In addition, you must not:

• Attempt to manipulate, override, or circumvent AI system instructions through prompt injection, adversarial inputs, or any other technique designed to alter AI behaviour outside of its intended parameters.

• Use AI Features to generate outputs that misrepresent REID data or are designed to deceive third parties.

• Systematically query the AI with the intent to reverse-engineer REID's data models, methodologies, or proprietary algorithms.

• Use AI outputs to create competing data products, market intelligence tools, or derivative datasets without REID's prior written consent.

 

4.5 AI Disclaimer

In plain terms: REID's AI gives you market intelligence to inform your research. It is not a licensed appraiser, financial adviser, or lawyer. Do not make investment decisions based solely on AI outputs. Always seek independent professional advice.

 

REID's AI Features are provided to assist with property market research. They do not replace professional due diligence, licensed appraisal, or independent legal and financial advice. REID expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs for investment or commercial purposes.

 

4.6 Third-Party AI Infrastructure

REID's AI Features may be powered in whole or in part by third-party AI model providers. REID does not warrant the behaviour or availability of third-party AI infrastructure and accepts no liability for service interruptions attributable to third-party providers.
 

5. Data and Methodology
 

5.1 Data Sources

REID's dataset is compiled from multiple sources including proprietary research, public records, and third-party data providers. Data coverage, update cadence, and granularity vary by membership tier:

• REID Member: Aggregated quarterly summaries.

• REID Base and REID Pro: Dashboard data updated monthly.

• REID Enterprise: Live database access updated monthly.

 

5.2 Data Limitations

REID does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data supplied by third parties. Market conditions, regulatory changes, and local factors may affect the validity of data outputs. Land price data and certain emerging market datasets may be subject to additional validation timelines and will be disclosed as such within the Platform.

 

5.3 No Physical Inspection

Data and AI outputs generated by REID do not include a physical inspection of any property, nor a visual assessment of current market conditions by a licensed appraiser. Such inspection and assessment, typically included in a formal appraisal, is not provided through this Platform.
 

6. Permitted Use and Usage Policy
 

Your use of the Platform is governed by REID's Usage Policy, available at www.realinfo.id/usage-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Usage Policy sets out in full what the Platform may and may not be used for. A breach of the Usage Policy constitutes a breach of these Terms.

 

You agree to indemnify REID against any liability or loss arising from your breach of the Usage Policy or these Terms.
 

7. General Disclaimer
 

In plain terms: REID provides market data and AI-assisted research tools. We do not provide investment advice. All data is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for your own decisions.

 

You acknowledge and agree that:

• REID does not provide investment, valuation, appraisal, legal, financial, or taxation advice through this Platform.

• All information is general in nature and does not take into account your individual investment objectives, financial situation, or particular needs.

• You should seek independent professional advice tailored to your circumstances before making any investment or commercial decision.

• The condition of any subject property and current market conditions may materially affect the validity of any data or AI output.

• REID does not verify the accuracy or completeness of data supplied by third parties.

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of Platform outputs is appropriate to your specific situation.
   

8. Limitation of Liability
 

In plain terms: REID is not liable for losses arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform, its data, or AI outputs. The Platform is provided as a research tool, not a substitute for professional advice.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REID excludes all liability for any loss or damage, howsoever caused, arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform, its data, or its AI outputs.

 

REID will not be liable for:

• Any consequential, indirect, or special loss, including loss of income, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.

• Errors, omissions, interruptions, or defects in the Platform or its data.

• Damage to your computer systems caused by use of the Platform.

• Service unavailability arising from third-party telecommunications, infrastructure, or AI provider failures.

• Losses arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.

 

Where legislation implies conditions or warranties that cannot be lawfully excluded, REID's liability is limited to the re-supply of the relevant service or payment of the cost of re-supply, at REID's election.
 

9. Intellectual Property
 

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, its content, data, AI models, algorithms, and methodologies are owned by or licensed to REID. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in REID's intellectual property except the limited licence to use the Platform in accordance with your membership tier, and the limited licence to use AI outputs as described in Section 4.3.

 

For non-commercial purposes, you may download a single copy of publicly available content for personal reference only. No content may be reproduced, adapted, or used to create derivative works without REID's prior written consent.

 

REID's trade marks, service marks, and logos may not be copied, reproduced, or used without the owner's prior written consent.

 

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or testimonials about the Platform or REID Services, you grant REID a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that feedback for any purpose, including product improvement and marketing, without obligation of compensation or attribution to you.
 

10. Privacy and Cookie Policy
 

REID handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy and Cookie Policy, available at www.realinfo.id/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy, including the collection and retention of AI query data as described therein.
 

11. Security
 

While REID employs reasonable physical and electronic security measures to protect user data, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be fully secure. REID will not be responsible for unauthorised access to user information beyond its reasonable control.

 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must notify REID immediately at hello@realinfo.id if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
 

12. Third-Party Links
 

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. These sites are not under REID's control and REID accepts no responsibility for their content, accuracy, or practices. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
 

13. Trade Controls
 

You are responsible for complying with all applicable trade laws and sanctions in your jurisdiction. REID's Platform and Services must not be used in any manner that would violate applicable export control laws, sanctions regimes, or trade restrictions. By using the Platform, you represent that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in, a jurisdiction subject to applicable trade sanctions or restrictions.
 

14. Amendments and Withdrawal
 

REID reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

 

REID may withdraw, vary, or discontinue any product, service, or feature at any time without notice, including AI Features and data products. REID does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific functionality.
 

15. Governing Law
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

 

For disputes relating to REID Enterprise agreements, REID may elect to resolve matters by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI), seated in Bali, Indonesia.
 

16. Dispute Resolution
 

Before either party initiates formal legal proceedings or arbitration, the parties agree to attempt informal resolution. The party raising the dispute must give written notice to the other party at hello@realinfo.id, setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. The parties will have 30 days from the date of that notice to attempt to resolve the matter informally before either party may commence formal proceedings.

 

This informal resolution step does not apply where urgent injunctive or other equitable relief is required.
 

17. Subscriptions, Cancellation and Refunds
 

17.1 Subscription Fees

Paid membership tiers (REID Base, REID Pro, and REID Enterprise) are subject to fees as published on the Platform at the time of purchase. REID reserves the right to vary fees with a minimum of 30 days written notice to existing subscribers. Continued use of a paid tier following the notice period and fee change constitutes acceptance of the revised fees.

 

17.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current.

 

17.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@realinfo.id. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to paid tier features continues until the end of the paid period. Following cancellation of a paid subscription, your account reverts to REID Member status.

 

17.4 Refunds

REID does not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods except where required by applicable Indonesian consumer protection law. Refund requests arising from platform errors or service failures will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. REID Enterprise refund terms are governed by the applicable Enterprise agreement.

 

17.5 Account Closure and Data on Cancellation

If you wish to permanently close your account, contact hello@realinfo.id. Following account closure, REID will retain your personal data in accordance with the Privacy and Cookie Policy retention schedule. AI query data is anonymised after 24 months and thereafter retained in aggregate form indefinitely. You may request deletion of your personal data subject to the conditions in that policy.

 

17.6 Suspension and Termination by REID

REID may suspend or terminate your account without refund if you breach these Terms or the Usage Policy, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the Platform in a manner that poses a risk to other users or to REID's systems.
 

18. Enterprise Confidentiality
 

This section applies to REID Enterprise subscribers only.

 

18.1 Mutual Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Enterprise agreement ("Confidential Information"), and to use Confidential Information solely for the purposes of the Enterprise agreement.

 

18.2 Obligations

Each party will:

• Protect the other party's Confidential Information using at least the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information, and no less than reasonable care.

• Restrict access to Confidential Information to personnel who have a need to know for the purposes of the Enterprise agreement.

• Not disclose the other party's Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

 

18.3 Exceptions

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that: (a) is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party; (b) was already known to the receiving party without restriction; (c) is independently developed by the receiving party; or (d) is required to be disclosed by applicable law or regulatory authority, provided the receiving party gives prompt written notice where permitted.

 

18.4 Duration

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the Enterprise agreement for a period of three years.
 

19. Data Retention and User Rights
 

19.1 Personal Data Processing
REID processes personal data in accordance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27 of 2022). Full details are set out in the Privacy and Cookie Policy.

 

19.2 Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. REID will respond to all data rights requests within 14 business days of receipt. To exercise your rights, contact hello@realinfo.id. Full details are set out in the Privacy and Cookie Policy.

 

19.3 Sub-Processor Changes

REID uses third-party sub-processors to support the operation of the Platform, including cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, and AI infrastructure. Where REID engages a new sub-processor or changes an existing one in a way that materially affects the processing of your personal data, REID will notify registered users by email or in-platform notification with at least 14 days notice. REID Enterprise subscribers may raise reasonable objections to sub-processor changes within that notice period by contacting hello@realinfo.id.
 

20. Force Majeure
 

REID will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations to the extent caused by circumstances beyond REID's reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, war, civil unrest, cyberattacks, third-party infrastructure failures, or interruptions to third-party AI model provider services.

 

If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 consecutive days, either party may terminate any affected paid subscription on written notice, and REID will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused prepaid subscription period.
 

21. General
 

• These Terms, together with the Privacy and Cookie Policy, Data Policy, and Usage Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior representations and agreements.

• No waiver of any right under these Terms is effective unless made in writing.

• If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

• Notices may be given by email to hello@realinfo.id.

• 30 days written notice is required for fee changes affecting existing paid subscribers.
   

22. Definitions
 

AI Features  means REID's AI-assisted query, response, and analytics functionality made available through the Platform.

 

Confidential Information  has the meaning given in Section 18.1 and applies to REID Enterprise subscribers only.

 

Consequential Loss  means any loss of income, loss of actual or anticipated profits, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss or damage to data, loss of goodwill, or loss of reputation, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

 

Data  means any results, data, metadata, property information, ownership information, sales information, valuation estimates, market analysis, index results, alerts, or reports generated by or accessible through the Platform.

 

Platform means REID's website at www.realinfo.id and all associated web-based platforms, software, AI features, and services.

 

REID Enterprise  means the paid Enterprise subscription tier providing live database access, custom reporting, and bespoke AI configuration.

 

REID Base  means the entry-level paid subscription tier providing expanded market data and basic AI query functionality.

 

REID Member  means a free registered account providing access to aggregated market summaries and basic platform features.

 

REID Pro  means the mid-tier paid subscription providing full dashboard access, neighbourhood-level data, AI-assisted market intelligence, and yield analytics.

 

REID Services  means all products, services, platforms, and data promoted, licensed, or supplied by REID through the Platform.

 

Enterprise Agreement  means the separate written agreement executed between REID and a REID Enterprise subscriber, governing the specific terms of that subscriber's access to REID's live database, custom reporting, and Enterprise services. Where no Enterprise Agreement exists, REID Pro terms apply.

 

Usage Policy  means REID's Acceptable Use Policy available at www.realinfo.id/usage-policy, governing permitted and prohibited uses of the Platform.

 

Version 5.2 of these Terms of Service is current as and from 1 April 2025.
