Simple process, fast onboarding

Most partnerships are operational within two weeks of initial contact.

Ingest data from 50+ independent sources, public records, rental providers, direct records, and field research.

REVIEW

Remove deduplicates, standardise, and check for consistency. Outliers are flagged. Agency-submitted data is cross-referenced.

AGREE

Every record validated against at least two independent sources before entering the dataset.
